The VitaVitro Well of the Well (WOW) Culture Dish offers an advanced solution for the cultivation of embryos from fertilization to the blastocyst stage. The dish features conical microwells that simulate conditions in the oviduct, providing an optimal microenvironment for embryo growth. The microwells’ unique inverted sugar-loaf shape facilitates dilution of waste materials while enhancing the concentration of crucial autocrine and paracrine factors. Additionally, the dish includes flat-bottom microwells for individual microscopic evaluation or Time-Lapse follow-up.
Two extra wells are incorporated for embryo holding or washing before transfer or cryopreservation.
