Gynemed’s GM508 CultActive is a bicarbonate-buffered reagent that can be used to determine whether fertilization failure was due to deficient oocyte activation in patients with previously failed ICSI cycles. Patient oocytes are activated using CultActive, followed by incubation to investigate oocyte development.
