• The ESCO Medical CultureCoin® is a single-use, gamma-sterilized IVF culture dish, designed for use with the MIRI® TL, ESCO Medical's time-lapse incubator. The MIRI® TL's state-of-the-art technology captures real-time images of developing embryos, providing a continuous view in the form of time-lapse videos. The CultureCoin® facilitates the MIRI® TL’s capture of images, as each of the 14 wells on the coin has a 300µm optically clear area for optimal microscopy. The CultureCoin® features an ergonomic layout, which ensures the secure and effective handling of embryos, and oxygen plasma-treated surfaces, which are designed to prevent bubble formation. Each culture well also includes two wash wells for cell manipulation, washing, or replacing culture media, and a pH reservoir to allow spot pH measurement without interaction with any cultured samples.

  • The CelCulture® CO₂ Incubator is equipped with a range of advanced features, including rapid temperature and gas recovery, ISO Class 5 cleanliness, an ISOCIDE™ antimicrobial coating, and an inner door kit that reduces the risk of contamination. Designed to create an environment that mimics the natural conditions required for the development of embryos, the incubator is able to maintain low levels of oxygen. This is achieved through the use of sophisticated firmware and precision sensors that monitor and regulate the temperature, CO2, and O2 levels within the chamber.   • The Mini MIRI® Dry incubator is a compact and affordable solution for IVF laboratories that prioritize space and cost-effectiveness. With its two-chamber design, it is modeled after the classic MIRI® Multiroom incubator. This dry IVF bench top incubator is unique in that it can recirculate gas within the incubator, and is compatible with a HEPA/VOC filtration system, which is not typical of other humidified IVF incubators. The gas, whether pure N2 and CO2 or premixed, first flows through the tri-gas mixing chamber, where the user sets the desired CO2 and O2 gas concentrations. The gas then passes through the HEPA/VOC filter before entering the incubator chambers. Afterward, the gas undergoes sterilization using UV light (254nm) before returning to the tri-gas mixing chamber and recirculating within the system. This design ensures minimal gas consumption even with lid openings and maintains the recirculating air's cleanliness and safety for the embryo samples.

  • The Mini MIRI® Humidity Incubator is a compact and reliable humidified mini bench top incubator that is based on the robust MIRI® design. Its direct heat regulation and compact design prevent vapor condensation and contribute to faster temperature and gas recovery. This humidified incubator uses either premixed gases or pure gas (N2 and CO2) inserts that pass through a tri-gas mixing chamber, ensuring precise gas concentrations before entering the incubator chambers. The gas then recirculates and goes through the gas mixing chamber again, minimizing gas consumption.

  • Available with 6 or 12 chambers, the MIRI® Time-Lapse Incubator is a multiroom incubator that comes equipped with a microscope and camera. The integrated camera and microscope offer real-time, high-quality time-lapse images of embryo development, eliminating the need for manual microscopy and the potential risks associated with removing embryos from the safe environment of the incubation chamber. With time-lapse embryo monitoring, detailed morphokinetic data throughout the entire developmental process can be gathered, providing insights not available through traditional spot microscopic evaluation. This allows for the observation of all critical events, aiding in the identification of healthy embryos with the highest potential for implantation, and ultimately resulting in higher pregnancy rates. The process of embryo annotation has been simplified with an innovative annotation system, which revolves around “events” located on the left side of the interface. The pre-programmed events list includes t2, t3, t4, t5, t6, t7, t8, morula, blastocyst, and early blastocyst, but the software allows for complete customization of each event. Users can modify the pre-programmed events list by adding other criteria using the advanced parameters in the unit’s Settings menu. To make the process even more user-friendly, an Ideal Time function has been added, represented by a colored circular band on the edge of annotated events. This feature indicates the ideal timings for each event, making it easier to compare the actual timing of embryo development with the ideal timing. In addition to the integrated timelapse and annotation functionality, these incubators feature all of the advantages standard to the MIRI product line, including distinct chambers which ensure the maintenance of environmental conditions, a heated lid to enhance temperature regulation and recovery, an onboard gas mixer, and an optional integrated SafeSENS pH system.
