Composed of silica particles covalently coated with silane and resuspended in isotonic phosphate and HEPES-buffered saline, SpermFilter® density gradients are a reliable suspension media for semen preparation in IUI, IVF, and ICSI procedures. SpermFilter® is available in several sizes and formats: 100% stock solution, 45% gradient and 80% gradient.
