The Sperm Swimming Up Trapper Kit is designed to select high-quality sperm, enhancing success rates for both Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) and In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) procedures. The kit comprises two primary components: a Swimming Sperm Trapper and a 45° Sperm Swimming Up Rack. Designed with a cylindrical main body, the Swimming Sperm Trapper has an open upper end and a conical convex bottom. The bottom's conical feature is equipped with a central hole, purposefully designed to allow sperm to swim upward. In operation, sperm are initially transferred into the Swimming Sperm Trapper. When necessary, culture medium is added to the designated component, where it flows into the sperm cavity. The trapper is then positioned in the 45° Sperm Swimming Up Rack, allowing sperm to navigate towards the culture medium. This process facilitates the selection of high-motility sperm, resulting in an enriched sample ideal for IUI or IVF applications.
