This product contains Bromelain, an enzyme with a specific activity of 10 IU/ml, dissolved in Dulbecco’s Phosphate-Buffered Saline (PBS). It is primarily used to prepare semen samples for analysis and subsequent IVF treatments by reducing viscosity. The preparation involves warming the solution to 37°C, mixing it with the semen sample in equal parts, and incubating for approximately 10 minutes at 37°C. The product ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, including sterility and low endotoxin levels. It has a shelf life of 9 months when stored at 2-8°C and can be used for up to 7 days after opening under sterile conditions
