SpermWash® is Gynotec’s ready-to-use HEPES-buffered medium for all sperm preparation processes. This versatile medium is used for separating healthy motile spermatozoa from the residual semen sample during preparation for IUI, sperm selection, and/or when diluting stock solution of silica-based density gradients. Additionally, SpermWash® can be used for washing human oocytes and embryos, and for embryo transfer processes. -
Gynotec’s SpermFilter® media are ready-to-use density gradients for separation and purification of highly motile human spermatozoa for all sperm wash processes. Composed of silica particles covalently coated with silane and resuspended in isotonic phosphate and HEPES-buffered saline, SpermFilter® density gradients are a reliable suspension media for semen preparation in IUI, IVF, and ICSI procedures. SpermFilter® is available in several sizes and formats: 100% stock solution, 45% gradient and 80% gradient.

ZyMōt Sperm Separation Devices offer a better way to prepare sperm, one that avoids centrifugation. By separating sperm according to their mobility, each device selects the highest quality sperm with the lowest possible level of DNA fragmentation in a sample. These healthier sperm promote outcomes that matter to patients: improved progressive motility, a higher proportion of normal morphology, increased fertilization rates, and higher euploidy and pregnancy rates.
