Gynotec’s SpermCryo™ All-round is a concentrated (4X) ready-to-use HEPES-buffered cryopreservation media. This media is ideal for freezing human semen, purified spermatozoa, and testicular biopsies (TESA/TESE) at ultra-low temperatures (-196oC) in liquid nitrogen. -
V-PENTOXIFYLLINE is a HEPES-buffered HTF medium enriched with pentoxifylline, designed to temporarily enhance sperm motility for sperm viability assessment. It is particularly useful for differentiating between viable but immotile sperm and non-viable sperm in samples obtained through testicular sperm extraction (TESE) or in cases of necrozoospermia. By stimulating movement in sperm that would otherwise be difficult to assess, V-PENTOXIFYLLINE aids in the selection of viable sperm.1 x 1ml microvial
