  • The VitaVitro Well of the Well (WOW) Culture Dish offers an advanced solution for the cultivation of embryos from fertilization to the blastocyst stage. It's specifically designed to mimic a three-dimensional in vitro environment for embryos, maximizing their development potential. The dish features conical microwells that simulate conditions in the oviduct, providing an optimal microenvironment for embryo growth. The microwells' unique inverted sugar-loaf shape facilitates dilution of waste materials while enhancing the concentration of crucial autocrine and paracrine factors. Additionally, the dish includes flat-bottom microwells for individual microscopic evaluation or Time-Lapse follow-up. Two extra wells are incorporated for embryo holding or washing before transfer or cryopreservation.   • The VitaVitro HumDish is a purpose-designed, sterile plastic dish ideal for mammalian preimplantation embryo culture, specifically engineered for incubators with inconsistent or uncontrolled humidity levels. This solution addresses the critical issue of evaporation-induced osmolality increases that can potentially compromise the outcome of uninterrupted blastocyst cultures. Instead of relying on incubator humidification, the HumDish ensures an individual dish maintains high humidity. This is achieved by utilizing a large water reservoir in the outer ring and minimizing evaporation with a narrow gap between the outer wall and the lid. As a result, humidity levels stay consistent at 96-98% from Day 0 to 7, stabilizing osmolality throughout the culture period. Moreover, the water in the outer ring serves to mitigate temperature fluctuations caused by door openings or microscopic control. A special lid equipped with a sensor is available to monitor the HumDish's humidity level under standard embryo culture conditions.
