BRED Life Science’s SpermFunc® DNAf is a quick and easy-to-use test kit designed to evaluate the degree of sperm DNA fragmentation using sperm chromatin dispersion (SCD) protocols. This kit allows for controlled sperm denaturation and removal of proteins, resulting in easy identification of normal spermatozoa by their glowing ‘halos’ which are absent in sperm cells with damaged DNA. Test results can support the analysis of pathogenesis in cases of infertility, natural abortion, and inactive embryo development.
