VitroMed V-PENTOXIFYLLINE

V-PENTOXIFYLLINE is a HEPES-buffered HTF medium enriched with pentoxifylline, designed to temporarily enhance sperm motility for sperm viability assessment. It is particularly useful for differentiating between viable but immotile sperm and non-viable sperm in samples obtained through testicular sperm extraction (TESE) or in cases of necrozoospermia. By stimulating movement in sperm that would otherwise be difficult to assess, V-PENTOXIFYLLINE aids in the selection of viable sperm.
