SpermWash® is Gynotec’s ready-to-use HEPES-buffered medium for all sperm preparation processes. This versatile medium is used for separating healthy motile spermatozoa from the residual semen sample during preparation for IUI, sperm selection, and/or when diluting stock solution of silica-based density gradients. Additionally, SpermWash® can be used for washing human oocytes and embryos, and for embryo transfer processes.
