Gynotec’s SpermFilter® media are ready-to-use density gradients for separation and purification of highly motile human spermatozoa for all sperm wash processes. Composed of silica particles covalently coated with silane and resuspended in isotonic phosphate and HEPES-buffered saline, SpermFilter® density gradients are a reliable suspension media for semen preparation in IUI, IVF, and ICSI procedures. SpermFilter® is available in several sizes and formats: 100% stock solution, 45% gradient and 80% gradient.
